Winter Schedule 2017/2018 – Texas Challenge out, Turkey Shoot In – Dashing thru the dirt and King of the Hill Series

Programming note: We will not be holding our annual Texas Challenge this November due to the Texas State Championship being hosted by KAM Kartway this year.  We will resume the Challenge next year (2018).  

We will have a race in November on the 25th and call it our Turkey Shoot which we used to do in the past.  The race event will be raced in \”Teams\” with drivers drawing for class position and teams at registration.  The teams could be any grouping of the different classes and the points are kept for overall win by the teammates.  Usually there are 5 or more per team (depending on kart count) and the winning team gets 1st place trophies.  The individual classes will be awarded medals for their podium finishes. 

 So mark your calendars for the Turkey Shoot on November 25th and bring your family who are in town for the holidays to come out and watch you race!

December we will have one race on the books and it will be our annual Dashing thru the Dirt on December 16th.  There will be an Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest.

King of the Hill Series

Our annual King of the hill series starts in January where we crown a King (or Queen) of the class.  Each King or Queen gets to keep their crown along with a 5 foot trophy.

The schedule/featured classes:  

Jan 6th – Jr 1 and Jr 2

Jan 27th – Jr 3

Feb 10th – Outlaw 250

March 3rd – Open Outlaw

March 24th – Pro Clone
